A perfect cup of gulabi chai in four easy steps — watch the video and follow along.
Pour 1 cup of milk (or ½ milk + ½ water for a lighter cup) into a pan and bring it to a gentle boil.
Stir in about 2 heaped teaspoons (≈10 g) of Golden Kashmiri Pink Tea Mixer per cup.
Let it simmer for 1–2 minutes, whisking or pouring back and forth to get that famous frothy pink colour.
Top with crushed pistachio, sliced almonds or a pinch of dry rose petals. Serve hot and enjoy.
